Essential Skills

  • Plan, originate and develop ideas for radio content across all platforms.
  • Create a flow for the show along with writing dialogues and preparing quizzes and competitions if any.
  • Plan the songs, which would be played during the show.
  • Produce live and pre-recorded radio programmes.
  • Interview, report and, where appropriate, present under direction, in both recorded and live situations, in studio or on location.
  • Communicate with the audience via social media, emails, live calls & via mobile.
  • Host outside events such as community events and competitions.
  • Operate studio/broadcast equipment.

Level of commitment required

Minimum 2-6 hours a week.
