Design, code and modify websites, from layout to function and strive to create visually appealing sites that feature user-friendly design and clear navigation.
Essential Skills
- Creating websites/a website using standard HTML/CSS practices.
- Working closely with web designers to produce the website.
- Constant communication with other colleagues in the organisation to develop and deploy their content – and ensuring there is a clear establishment of what can be created within what timeframe.
- Researching different software programs, maintaining software documentation.
- Implementing contingency plans in case the website goes down.
- Maintaining and expanding/enhancing the website once built.
- Troubleshoot for any website issues.
Level of commitment required
Minimum 2-6 hours a week.
Qualifications required
2 years of experience developing websites and using various CMS platforms.

I always wanted to serve Swami in any part of His mission. Recently, I was given an amazing opportunity to volunteer as part of the creative content team. Through this opportunity I’ve been able to learn many new things including how to manage the content for the website, using the WordPress Content Management System (CMS). I’m always looking forward to learning new things, and this was a great opportunity for me to do just that.
I am so grateful for this opportunity to serve Swami by being one of His instruments doing His work and I look forward to even the slightest opportunity to serve Him and make Him happy.
